Wide awake, I get up from my nightmare
Needs in my heart, to be cuddled in your arms

Lost in the sea of dreams, hoping to meet you someplace
Walking through the path, always shown by you
Each time I fall apart, I hear your voice strong and clear
Together we have crumbled and escalated in each others arms

Thoughts of your sweetness feel the void in my heart
Oceans of tear blinds my eyes, wish I could only see you through

Finally made it to the mid way

I have been so lazy all this time. Not even writing in the blog. My little article made it to the mid way in The Himalayan Times Today. Just wanted to Share it with all.

MIDWAY:De-stressing at work

No one in life wants to be stressed but almost everyone is. Young or
old, students or professionals, gay or lesbian, and worker or employer, everyone has no choice but to face the fact that once you are born, stress is life-long companion.
However, knowing your competence is a good way to balance your life. Right work at the wrong time doesn’t make sense. All people work, there are only 24 hours a day. It could be a foolhardy to think that you could finish everything in one go. While at work, stressing oneself with all the deadlines and tension would only make matters worse. Leisure, wellness, fun, and stress reduction are all essential part of any productive routine. Feeling stressed at work may even be making you sicker than you ever imagined. No one but you are a better person to look after yourself. The key to success is finding what works best for you. Find out what is that particular technique that helps you to keep stress at bay.
There are several ways to de-stress while at work. Having hobbies helps in de-stressing and
also spending time doing something which is enjoyable to you. Instead of working constantly, take time off to do something you love, like decorating your space or just taking a walk in a corridor.
As for me the best way to relax while working is taking a break in between and surfing the internet for news, blogs, etc . I also de-stress myself by gossiping with my friends in between work. It helps me to loosen up. We won’t ever eliminate stress completely, but we can learn ways to deal with it. From the past few months, I have found surfing a Facebook to be a de-stressing technique while at work. It helps me connect and share with the important people in my life. It is right now the new de-stress destination in town.
Most importantly, in getting rid of stress at work is to do the work that you love. Don’t be the one who stays stuck in the work they hate. This is the worst thing you could do to yourself and also to your employer. Find out what you’re passionate about and then go for it. If that means studying new skills, or finding out more information about how to get into your chosen field, then get started now. It’s better late than never.
